This time we are travel to Western Australia. We flight from Jakarta to Kuala Lumpur and then to Perth. Our AirAsia flight from KL arrive in Perth at 5:30am in the morning. Proceed to the immigration with declared medicine in arrival card but been ask by the officer if i bring food only and when we answer no the tick mark been changing by the officer to none declared.<\/p>\n
Every passenger will be scan by the arrival card and been filtered in to two line. One line which was checked by compherensive baggage open and the others line just by dog sniffing. We been grouping with the last line sniffing by dog.<\/p>\n
After immigration proceed to Optus booth for having prepaid sim card. Just 2aud per day with 500mb (per day) and free line call to all Australia number, that is a good choices. After get the simcard we go to the second floor for having a breakfast. We ate at Hungry Jacks, fast food chain like Mc\u2019D.<\/p>\n
Finish up we go to Bus Terminal at Horrie Miller bus stop outside the airport terminal. Transperth bus no.380 is the only line that serve from the International Airport to Perth CBD. The cheapest option for only 4.5aud compare to others alternative option like Perth Connect or Taxi.<\/p>\n
From Bus Terminal to Adelaide Terrace aft Bennet is 11 stop, this is the location where the Bayswater Car rental and Exclusive Backpackers accomodation located.<\/p>\n
We rent the car Toyota Corrola hatchback for 10 days with top cover to reduce the excess to nil and additional cost for drove outside area over 100km. Total 540aud include deposit 100aud that will refund after return the car.<\/p>\n
Finish doing with car administration, we go to building beside for check in the accomodation and straight out to Caversham Wildlife Park.<\/p>\n
Caversham Wildlife Park was located at Whitemand Parkarea 23km from Perth CBD, open everyday from 9:00 to 17:30. Cost 27aud per adult for entrance fee.<\/p>\n
Caversham Wildlife Park showcases many of Australia\u2019s unique native animals, including koalas, wallabies, possums, Tasmanian devils and wombats \u2013 with the opportunity for a close-up encounter with some Australian icons!<\/p>\n
There’s a Wombat & friend shows, Molly farm, Farm show, Koala encounter and others. Interesting place to visit.<\/p>\n
Finish up there next we go to Margaret River Chocolate Company and Providore near the area. This place is basically a store that sold chocolate in many different version, also known for having a free sample at your wish J, every visitor can try the sample for free.<\/p>\n
After from Caversham and to Margaret River Chocolate Factory, this was the last destination for today. Not much time spending here, since gonna be dark soon and we had a meet up appointment with my college friend for dinner treat.<\/p>\n
It is one of the largest inner city parks in the world and the most popular visitor destination in Western Australia. Located on the western edge of the central business district in Perth, Western Australia. The park is a mixture of grassed parkland, botanical gardens and natural bushland on Mount Eliza with two-thirds of the grounds conserved as native bushland. With panoramic views of the Swan River and Darling Range. It overlooks the city as well as Perth Water and Melville Water on the Swan River.<\/p>\n
Getting night we back to hotel for having a refreshement before meet up with my college friend that\u2019s has been living in Perth for almost 10 years already and has become citizen of Australia. She pick us up at our hotel and take us to Pizerria at Victoria Park area. Have a nice chit chat and had a full stomach, well it was fun.<\/p>\n
