Darajat Pass

Darajat Pass Tourism Park is located in Kampung Bedeng, Karyamekar Village, district Pasir Wangi, Garut regency, West Java. Darajatt Pass is located on the slopes of Mount Kendeng at an altitude of 1640m. So the weather in Darajat Pass pretty cool.

The main attraction Darajat pass tourism park is the presence of a heated swimming pool. The pool is also equipped with water boom, a small slide and consists of several heated swimming pool. Another game facilities are flying fox and Gazebo.

Another attraction Darajat Pass is a beautiful landscape. From Darajat Pass can see Garut city below. In addition, there are around Darajat Pass geothermal wells are used as a geothermal power plant (PLTP). There is a slight upward Darajat crater. But unfortunately this crater is not open to the public, because it is the location of geothermal power company.

Situ Bagendit

Situ Bagendit is a natural lake that covered the area that is still surrounded by paddy fields and villages of the population with the background of beautiful mountain scenery. According to the story surrounding communities, Situ Bagendit comes from a legend that tells of a group Ronggeng Baged and Nyi Endit the sink, and then by the local community, it is called Situ Bagendit.

Many tourist activities that can be done in this area, such as: sailing by using a bamboo raft, play water bike, canoe, fishing, jet skiing and other water activities. Each year, the Garut government held a festival Bagendit containing local art performance lais, Debus, Hadro and race a variety of tourist activities in the water as an effort to attract tourists coming to this area.
