Legoland

Starting the trip the night before with a no continues flight. We bought seperately for the ticket from Jakarta to Singapore with Jetstar, Singapore Hongkong return with Scoot and Singapore to Jakarta with Lion Air.

Due to prevent unpredictable reschedule so we plan booking a plane with plenty amount of time. So from singapore until flight to Hongkong we have 12 hours transit and from Singapore to Jakarta we have 30 hours transit.

Our first flight heading to Singapore departed at 9 PM arrived midnight, then we not proceed check out to immigration since there is no convenience places to sleep at public terminal. Since the baggage claim is located after the immigration so we do not claim the baggage, i have already reasearch it that the bag after a while maybe about 30 minute will go to lost & found section and it’s save. It’s common for many traveller with a stop over to do this.

We sleep in a bench at terminal 2. Many facilities available there at transit area, from free wifi, free movie theater, free xboc and playstation, snooze chair, drinking water, and many more. No wonder Changi got predicate the best airport station.

In the morning we plan to have a shower in the Ambasador Transit Lounge, but because a slight mistake we aborted it. It’s because i forgot to change the time to local area, since it’s different one hour so we wake in the morning late by one hour.

We directly go to Legoland in Johor Bahru via couch transfer provided by WTS Tour Service. It’s cost 25 SGD for return from Singapore to Legoland. Plus they sale Legoland ticket at discounted price 10% for promo paid using Paypal. The meeting point is at SIngapore Flyer, if from Changi take MRT to Tanah Merah and continue to Bugis, from Bugis change line to Promenade. The Singapore Flyer is located not far from this station. The office is below the Flyer..

The trip from Singapore to Legoland toook 3 hour total with longest hour for proceed customs immigration at Singapore and Malaysia. It’s so crowded at that morning, differently compare when we back return from Legoland.

Legoland Malaysia

Arriving at Legoland we have ate first, since in the morning we doesn’t eat anything because we are in hurry. We having KFC and it;s taste different from Indonesia, i privately don’t like the taste.

The Legoland it’s self is average in my point of view. It lacks of 3 factor that most of other kind of this place. First it’s not green, so the place is really hot at noon. Second, the place is so lack of thematic so not eye catching to me and third the games are not WOW.

From initially our plan to go back at 6 PM we already leave out at 3 PM, we’ve been drop of at Newton. Having evening dinner at there at continue to Airport early to have a rest and take a shower. Before that i plan want to go to Esplanade area to hunting a city nightscape at there, but since she already tired so we directly go to airport.

Arriving at airport early we can’t get to transit area, since the is after the immigration and it won’t allowed us thru if we don’t have a boarding pass. The gate open is usually 2-3 hour before, so don’t wanna wait to long at the puclic terminal with nothing to do, we get an early checkin service offered by Scoot. The service can allowed us check in earlier before the normal gate open also with the checked bag. It’s cost 5 SGD per person, so 10 SGD make us two.

Now we have a plenty time in there at transit area, we first go take a shower at Ambassador Lounge located in Level 3 at the entertainment area, it cost 8.55 per person for using a shower. Amenities already provided, consist soap, shampoo, conditioner and towel.

Having fresh after shower still left us many time to do other things, so here i am writing this travel log. My next flight will be at 1:50 AM the next day, arrive in the morning at Chek Lap Kok.
