Naminara Republic (Namiseom)
We start the day before, flight with Garuda Indonesia from terminal 2 at 6:30pm with transit at Denpasar and continue flight at midnigh to Incheon with arriving time at 8:30am local time.
Flight with full service comparing to LCC quite different, flight time is fast passed by. I think maybe because of the in flight entertainment that killed the borringness. Other than that we got meal, snack, couple of drink, blanket and other amenities.
Arriving at Incheon proceed with baggage and immigration then buying T-Money at 7/11 convenience store and hire an internet phone sim card KT Telecom for 10 days with 33.000krw. The T-Money you can use it with subway, bus, taxi or even as a payment in many stores with T-Money symbol. The T-Money can be top up and refunded at many convenience store like 7/22, GS24, etc. The amount of money in card is must less than 20.000krw for to be refunded at convenience store with 500krw as fee. If bigger than that then you should refund at headquarter.

Today our itinerary was to Nami Islands and Petite France then heading to Sokcho for stay a night before next morning to Seoraksan Mountain.
From airport we go down to Basement level where train station at for AREX train that bound to Seoul city. Since we gonna drop our luggage first at Family Housetel in Hongik area, so we take AREX all stop train and stop at Hongik University (2 stops before Seoul Station). If want direct going to Seoul Station you can take AREX Express with no stop from Incheon to Seoul. The duration time is faster 12 minute comparing the all stop train but the ticket is more expensive 8.000krw.
Arriving at Hongik University then drop our luggage there, we book that place for the day after tommorow for two night after we back from Seoraksan. Then continue to Gyeongui line from Hongik University to Yongsan Station for ITX train heading direct to Gapyeong. You can use T-Money for ITX or buy ticket at the vending machine. It cost 3.850krw.
Arriving at Gapyeong station you can take bus, taxi or green bus tour to Nami Wharf where ferry terminal at to cross to the Nami Islands. If you want to go to other place like Petite France and Garden of The Morning Calm then you better take green bus tour. It’s like Hop on hop off bus with 5.000krw per person. From Gapyeong Station to Nami Wharf is 1 stop.
Arriving at Nami Wharf we bought a ticket to Nami Islands, it’s including the ferry ride return. For foreigner the ticket price is 8.000krw. If you want another sensation than you can take Zipwire swinging from Nami Wharf to the Islands.
Inside the island we stroll around and took some photograph where the Winter Sonata filmed located. Also had a pork barbeque lunch there. After finished teturn to Nami Wharf again for going to Petite France.
To Petite France is with green bus tour again 2 stop from Nami Wharf, the entrance fee 6.000krw adult after applied visitkorea discount voucher from 8.000krw. But since the child is sleep cause of tiredness so we decide to skip Petite France and directly heading to Sokcho. We take green bus to Gapyeong Station again and then take ITX train to Namchuncheon where Intercity Bus to Sokcho located. The station located beside E-mart, and the ticket price is 13.400krw, our journey took about one and half hour to Sokcho Intercity Bus station. From there we walk to Mr.Egg Hostel located near the station.
